1️⃣ Course Fees & Payments
- All course fees must be paid in advance as per the selected program.
- Fees may vary depending on the course, duration, and mode (online/offline).
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
2️⃣ Cancellation Policy
✅ Before Course Commencement
- Cancellation requests made before the course start date may be considered.
- Any administrative or registration charges (if applicable) will be deducted.
❌ After Course Commencement
- Once the course has started or access to:
- Live classes
- Recorded videos
- Study materials
- LMS/dashboard
has been provided, no cancellation will be allowed.
3️⃣ Refund Policy
- Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
- Refund requests will be evaluated only in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error during payment
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Partial course completion
- Non-attendance of classes
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Failure to attend due to personal reasons
- Lack of internet/device issues
4️⃣ Demo Classes
- Free demo classes are provided for evaluation purposes only.
- Enrollment after a demo confirms the student’s satisfaction.
- No refund will be applicable after enrolling post-demo.
5️⃣ Scholarship / Discounted Fees
- Fees paid under:
- Scholarships
- Discounts
- Special offers
are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
6️⃣ Course Transfers
- Course transfer requests (one program to another) are not guaranteed.
- If approved, any fee difference must be paid by the student.
- Transfer decisions are at the sole discretion of the institute.
7️⃣ Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
- The institute is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
8️⃣ Institute Rights
AR Rahman Educational Institute reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any course
- Change batch schedules or faculty
